Job Summary

The People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for the HR operations of the company. This includes recruiting, onboarding, health and safety, assist with payroll processing, being up to date on new legislation and rules, and other projects.



  • Recruiting and onboarding new employees
  • Help craft job ads and descriptions
  • Updating HR policies
  • Help with payroll processing
  • Maintain the Health and Safety regulations
  • Help coordinate company events as required



  • A university degree in Human Resources
  • Have your Certified Human Resources Leader accreditation
  • Have your Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation
  • General knowledge of HR theories, best practices and employment standards.
  • Resourceful and able to take initiative.
  • Be curious and always wanting to learn
  • Have the drive to bring HR into 2018 and beyond


This position is remote but does need to be local to Burlington. You will sometimes be required to travel to our company headquarters in Burlington, Ontario.

The salary range for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
