Paid Search and Media Manager - Remote

The successful candidate will work with the Director of Marketing and a team dedicated to increasing traffic and driving conversions. This is a role with high reward and growth potential.

 

Responsibilities may include:

 

  • Assisting in defining and implementing the company’s paid search strategies for select products and services
  • Performing the day-to-day management and optimization of pay-per-click campaigns including:
    •  Ensuring keywords are positioned appropriately
    • Reviewing reports and adding negative keywords as appropriate
    • Continuous split testing of ads
  • Building new PPC and contextual campaigns and identifying new distribution channels
  • Monitoring and reporting on monthly campaigns and statistical analysis
  • Developing innovative media programs and new partnership opportunities
  • Developing creative, strategies, campaigns, monitors, and improvements towards ROAS goals.
  • Implementing and optimizing campaigns, audiences, and creatives in relevant platforms
  • Designing and executing monthly media plans including negotiation, development, monitoring, optimization, and management of campaigns
  • Building relationships with publishers and networks, negotiating media placements, and analyzing proposals
  • Negotiating, developing, monitoring, and managing the delivery of booked campaigns on CPA, CPC and CPM and other models
  • Optimizing online campaigns working directly with publishers, networks, and vendors
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of campaigns and producing forecasts for future efforts
  • Anticipating change and reacting swiftly to opportunities within the online media world

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience with self serve digital advertising platforms
  • All Paid Search (Google/Bing/Yahoo – Google Shopping Ads/RLSA)
  • Paid Facebook/Instagram (DPAs, etc.)
  • Retargeting (Google Display/AdRoll/GDN/Criteo)
  • Preferred Paid Media Platform Experience:
    • Outbrain/Taboola
    • Pinterest
    • LinkedIn
    • Programmatic
  • Knowledge of ad delivery and tracking mechanics
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and experience in basic statistics and web and media analytics
  • Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables)
  • Proven track record of problem-solving skills and good time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivated, and results driven team player

Strong Assets:

  • Offline media buying experience i.e. radio, television, outdoor, and print
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Multilingual (French/Spanish/German)
