Sales Representative - Office Space

Job Summary

OnePlan is looking for an energetic, ambitious, and knowledgeable individual to create growth and manage operations across multiple OnePlan Business Centre locations. This person is a goal-driven sales professional who reports directly to the VP, Sales. The successful candidate is a self-motivated individual who is focused on providing leadership to OnePlan’s office administrators, driving sales, retaining current members, and upselling a wide variety of technology services that help business owners work smarter and more efficiently.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and can adeptly overcome objections, think on their feet, and foster a professional and thriving business environment for all members and guests.

Sales Functions:

  • Drive new member growth and current member retention
  • Utilize a best practices approach to following up with leads and strategically working them through the sales process
  • Lead site tours at our multiple business centre locations
  • Upsell and bundle a wide variety of technology services into a private office or virtual office plan
  • Research and develop new sales channels that can help increase lead volumes and overall sales totals
  • Present weekly and monthly sales results at the weekly sales meeting

Managerial Functions:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations
  • Lead & manage sales and retention
  • Coach OnePlan’s office administrators on sales support activities critical to optimizing sales
  • Collaborate with VP, Sales and the marketing team on new campaigns to optimize sales efforts
  • Organize staff schedules
  • Ensure that day-to-day member requests are being handled in a professional and timely fashion

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years prior sales experience
  • Excellent communication  and coaching skills
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Desire to exceed sales goals and ability to prioritize daily activities in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for helping small business owners and entrepreneurs grow and succeed
  • SaaS and/or real estate experience considered an asset
