Growth Marketer

This role focuses on CloudBlue, a HostPapa business that powers cloud commerce for many of the world’s largest service providers, including major Telcos, distributors, and MSPs. CloudBlue enables partners to monetize and manage cloud services and subscriptions at scale, combining the agility of a high-growth business with the backing of a global organization.
As the Growth Marketer, you will drive execution across the marketing funnel, owning initiatives that directly contribute to pipeline growth and overall marketing performance. You will translate strategic priorities into campaigns, content, and programs, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve how marketing operates. Leveraging AI and automation to scale output, you’ll combine strong marketing judgment with hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.
What you’ll do
- Own and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across content, email, web, SEO, paid media, social, and events
- Translate business and product priorities into campaigns, programs, and deliverables
- Create and manage marketing assets including blogs, emails, landing pages, case studies, and product content
- Drive content distribution across owned, paid, and partner channels, including SEO, email, social, syndication, and PR support
- Contribute to go-to-market execution for product launches and updates, ensuring alignment across messaging, content, and campaigns
- Partner with sales to support pipeline generation and acceleration through targeted campaigns and programs
- Identify opportunities to test, optimize, and improve performance across channels and funnel stages
- Own and improve marketing workflows, scaling execution through better processes, tools, and automation
- Leverage AI and automation tools to increase execution speed, improve output quality, and streamline workflows
- Monitor performance, extract insights, and continuously refine execution
- Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs
About you
- 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing across content, SEO, lifecycle, paid media, and web
- Proven experience owning and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize performance
- Comfortable working with marketing tools and platforms
- Proactive in using, developing, and innovating with AI-assisted workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
