Working alongside the marketing leadership team, the Senior Paid Media Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring HostPapa continues to expand its market position as a leading web hosting provider by optimizing existing marketing channels and identifying new opportunities for growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels
  • Lead budget planning, allocation, and optimization across all paid channels to maximize ROI and meet business objectives
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for all paid campaigns, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance
  • Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Manage bid strategies and campaign structures to ensure optimal performance across various audience segments, geographies, and devices
  • Create and optimize compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand messaging and drive high conversion rates
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for landing pages, ad copy, and creative elements
  • Build and refine audience targeting using first-party and third-party data
  • Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, including recommendations for optimization and strategic adjustments
  • Train and mentor junior team members on paid media best practices
  • Develop fraud prevention strategies to mitigate click fraud risks
  • Analyze customer journey data to optimize conversion paths and campaign attribution
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure tracking implementation and landing page optimization
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors if applicable
  • Perform related duties as assigned to ensure department and organizational success

About you:

  • Expert knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing advertising platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into effective paid media campaigns
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization
  • Exceptional project management abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in data visualization and presentation development
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and lead remote team members effectively
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience managing substantial advertising budgets (six figures or above)
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Proven track record of campaign optimization, resulting in significant performance improvements
  • Experience with web hosting, SaaS, or similar B2B technology products in a remote environment is strongly preferred
