Category Manager

As the Category Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the business operations of our Logo and branding division, ensuring the team achieves both operational and financial objectives while aligning with the broader goals of the organization. You will bring strong business leadership, strategic planning, and operational management expertise to the role.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement a business strategy for the team that aligns with HostPapa's overarching goals
- You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency for the Logo and Branding business unit
- Establish operational goals aligned with sales objectives
- Oversee the daily operations of the team and anticipate issues requiring alignment with broader business objectives
- Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the unit
- Minimize commercial risks by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the business, and continuously monitoring market trends
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with internal stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring alignment with goals and fostering professional growth
About you:
- Extensive leadership experience in running online business; SaaS or e-commerce preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and oversee Profit and Loss (P&L)
- Strong knowledge of customer satisfaction and loyalty strategies
- Skilled in running a business, including commercial and administrative functions
- Background in Product or Sales and Marketing is a plus
