In your role as a dedicated Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and qualifying sales opportunities within our existing client base and with potential prospects. Excellent telephone and email communication skills in both French and English are essential, as the entire sales process is telephone/email/web-based.
You are a person who can “make it happen” - someone who can effectively advise and sell to our customers and prospects. You are passionate, driven and have been looking for that special opportunity in technology sales.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Successfully complete our initial sales training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Effectively respond to sales inquiries from customers and prospects via telephone and email.
- Identify and qualify potential opportunities within our current customer base.
- Manage inbound leads and opportunities that originate from prospects and existing clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and assume responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
- Manage your sales pipeline by following up on emails, calls, and tasks daily, and this, by updating and managing accurate information in our CRM system.
- Drive sales activity to achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years previous employment experience offering solutions to a client base.
- A minimum of a post-secondary degree or diploma (University or Community College – recent graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written (email) and verbal (phone) in French and English. Must be fluent.
- Self-motivated and determined, with the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Confident, with a strong work ethic and passion for meeting sales goals.
- Ability to learn from and implement feedback quickly.
- Client-focused and service-oriented, with a positive attitude and good sense of humour.
- Previous employment experience with technology products is an asset.
